i had to update windows 7 to win 10 and now the license doesn't work.

I don't bring it and sell it, I use it as a personal computer. I didn't give it when I applied above, so I applied again, but I have nothing to say since I did a lot.

If you give me all active licenses then i remove/block all other.

On the same token, I am willing to hand over all my licenses I have from in the past from you as they are all useless.

Would you then consider giving me a new license?

I don't understand why you feel addressed in this discussion. Nobody told you that you could no longer get licenses. Anyone who is eligible gets licenses as long as you don't overdo it and I think if you're just using it privately then you won't overdo it.

You really not verified as active user and was my mistake that already give you a license.
