I don't know what is the problem
It seems that the ISTA license has been initialized.
I am using Windows 11, but it seems that the license has been initialized after the Windows update. I haven't done anything other than an update.

I am sorry to trouble you. This is my first time request for license as i was on older version and my laptop crashed so move to the latest version.
