Please delete it from the provided license DB and reissue it.

I don't have an account other than hayend You seem to have misunderstood something.

It's because I want to get a desktop license, I have no other intentions.

Remove it from the desktop license DB you gave me.

Then you have another problem. Maybe you tryed patch ISTA(or another software) with another method?

I mean that earlier you tried to patch ISTA with other method, or another program, now this method is recognized by ISTA.
