For ista 4.37  I keep getting this error, I am sure everthing is in the correct folders.

Esys works fine tho. Do i need a new key ?

Doesn't matter if you install manually or using the installer. It will either work or it won't. Make sure to check dealer data for Winfasta. If it says Winfasta, you need a new key. Delete the license from the registry and ask Sedoy for a new one.

From ISTA 4.37.22 is need to renew license.

Simple remove license from registry and make new request.

Remove Key „License“ from:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\Rheingold
or
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\BMWGroup\ISPI\Rheingold

Please look under Settings --> Dealer data, if Name is WinFasta then make new license request
