Good afternoon!

Please help me figure out what could be the problem of activating ISTA 4.37.22.

1) I removed the old version of ISTA 4.36.**
2) Removed all entries from the registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\BMWGroup\ISPI\Rheingold)
3) Install  ISTA 4.37.22, on the same laptop
4) I sent you a key, and received an operational license from you ..

Activation failed =( 
I have attached the key and license file, and screen.

2. clean registry with RCleaner
3. remove all from:

   HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\Rheingold
   HKCU\SOFTWARE\BMWGroup\ISPI\Rheingold
   HKU\S-1-5-21-248766407-1864990608-2816068160-1001\Software\BMWGroup\ISPI\Rheingold
4. reboot pc
5. install ISTA again
