I have now installed the latest 4.37.43 and when I try to start it does not show me "KEY" so I can't copy and send to asking for a license seadoy. What's the problem ?

HAve you used RCleaner.exe? Try also to start ISTA with admin rights.

so I did and nothing helped, it's still the same.

Hello friend, use the ISTA_SystemRequirements, it may be that something is missing or incompatibility too and if it is, it will show you what is missing

Vcredist X86 was missing, I have a 64 bit system so I only installed the X64 package and it turns out that it must also be X86   . Fhanks and sorry

I´ve updated from 4.35.xx to 4.37.4x, I didn´t change anything on hardware and tried with with my "old license", I am able to to read Fault codes but if I want to calculate I-Level-Update I get following:

"A fault occurred during calculation of the measures plan. The required programming is therefore not available.
Please contact Technical Support."

I compared my old License request with the current and there are some differences. Could you please provide me a updated license?

I am currently setting up a 3rd laptop. Therefore I want to ask is it possible to get license also? Otherwise I´ll go the way thru shop. Just let me know.
And in both cases, can I use the same "AutoInstaller Version?

Can you provide me with a new license please.

Use RCleaner again delete the license in the windows registry editor in the three dots like sedoy left on the first POST if you installed full SDP register Reg to Full SDP in the print that you posted is as N/A If you are not using Full SDP, leave it as is. And again make sure everything is ok with ISTA_SystemRequirements If none of this resolves uninstall everything and do all these checks before if everything ok install ista again .I had this problem, I did what I'm telling you and it fixed it.

Read page 1 and (apologies) didn't quite understand if I need a new licence or not.


Upgraded from ISTA Standalone 4.36.30 to ISTA 4.37.43 (used your excellent installer for both)

4.37.43 did not ask for a licence after upgrade.  I have been able to use 4.37.43 to connect to a vehicle and run a diagnostic.  But I have no vehicles available to test programming at the moment.

So I thought I'd ask if I needed new licence.  Attached my current licence in case you need it.
