Install with my Installer.

Unfortunaly your installer doesn't work on Windows 8.1. Before your Ista 4.36.43 version works perfectly

And how you use ISTA on Windows 8.1? ISTA Support only Windows 10.

I don't know, but 4.36.43 worked. Look I installed now again ista 4.36.43 with SDP/ BLP 4.37.42 and SQLiteDBs 4.37.40, and it work. By the way license key I used which you give me last time

I'm know that 4.36.xx working, that is why i say to you install 4.37.4x with my installer.

And again ISTA don't support Windows 8.1.
