Which version? How installed?

Use my Installer.

The version is 4.35.40

Hello, I'm in need of your help please, everything worked fine with new ista version, installed as instructed in your guide, after few days of normal working state now it asks again for license, I copy pasted the licence but is no option to go to next step, I cleaned the system as well and same issue. picture attached.
