The psdzdata folder in ISTA 4.01.22 is same capacity(about 60GB) with ISTA/P 3.59.4.004,I am sure ISTA/P and E-Sys can share this folder.
Could you copy psdzdata folder from ISTA/P for testing ISTA programing?and What's the result?thx

You can use pshoey program, copy from ISTA-P, or use simlinks. But, you need ICOM to program with ISTA+.
