is just DELTA files, you need BASE 4.06.21

Sorry for asking such a stupid question...
But what are these files for and where should I put them? fail

I have just "installed" this 4.06.31 on a VM and updated the old 4.03.21 standalone on my laptop without using these files and I don't see any errors when running the program or looking up a VIN.
(Haven't made a readout yet)

So... Are they even needed?


These files are not "needed". They are used to upgrade an existing installation of 4.06.21 to 4.06.31.

They are useful for people who don't want to download the full 4.06.31 database (10++ GB), and they can just upgrade.
