Edit: After installing it one last time, it now works!

I installed the updates manually one by one from the ETKA7.5_International_Updates_2017 folder. Until I had 1185-711-717-1185. Then I installed ETK8-UPGRADE-1186-712-718-1186.EXE from the ETKA8_International_Upgrade_2017 folder. Just like the instruction said. The only difference when I installed it this time is that I manually installed the updates one by one

I did the same now and it works.
I spent more then 20 hours for installing .. ,but finally is working.

Yes, it took quite a while installing it one by one. But in the end it worked

On my Installation is still the same, would not install.
Tried takis' solution as well, No go for now.
I appreciate sixcode and 911turbo uploaded registry information, and I spent quite a bit of time with all that, but so far the update exe will not proceed.
