The directories for 3 x DVD are identical to 3 x USB. I have just updated my car using 3 x DVD using the files shown in post #3.

The root directory of each needs config.nfm and a pkgdb directory with the relevant files in.

Would you mind explaining exactly how you created the the root directory, this stuff is new to me
