After "dead" battery I have red dot light is solid when igniotion on (when ignition off light is blinking), there is no any dtc's

I have parameter:
ET003 "ignition lock - active"
ET341 "ignition lock code learned - NO"

I swapped clean steering lock & make virgin uch + learning again, but still the same. I had same situation with Modus, but there was possible to virgin ecu and learn again.
