Hi Simpaty...on your A class m.y. 2017 you have installed Comand NTG 5s1; last Europe map update is V11 but for install it you need pin that Mercedes dealer give it to you for free (3 years free update).

Many thanks this is exactly the info I was looking for. May I ask you how you find out what the latest map version is for ntg5s1 ? Is there a website that I can use to just check, so that I know when to bring my car in for update.

I am trying to download the COMAND DOWNLOAD MANAGER but the only software I can find is the one where you need to insert an SD card, which I do not have, because my navigaiton is not on SD card.

However there seems to be a version of this software that can be used to download the comand online maps, I saw it in the screenshot visible on this page:
