I have experienced the same problem with airbag error codes 984C and 9857 - head restraint airbags
As well my car is not equipped with the head restraint so I followed the steps and it worked for me. 1) Remove $456 from VO (CAS and LMA) 2) NCS default profile coding of SBSL and SBSR 3) Error clear 4) Add $456 to VO (CAS and LMA) 5) NCS default profile coding of BFS & FAS No lights and Comfort seats working
