Very odd. This new virtual machine is merely a derivative of the 2017 VM, so I'm not sure what could have changed. Is your MDI genuine or clone? Perhaps try downloading the VM again and start fresh. This VM works fine with my genuine MDI.

my genuine MDi 1 & 2..........i did see u have vm version 10....but i update vm12 after this virtual machine.........not sure this could effect the connection or not.......but i have been using update vm10 to ver12 no problem......i will re-check report to this post ..again thanks answer me  handshake
