ok, I got it. But I have doubts about the activation of the software. Is the standalone IstaD log files and a serial number for activation, making the launcher console as active? Or do I install an standalone, active Ista-D and then upgrade?

If I understand your question correctly then Istalauncherconcole only updates the SqliteDBs, BLP and SDP and does 
not touch the APP. Activation of that is via it being standalone 

You can run it before or after installing the standalone, it makes no difference.

One thing to note is that the console only looks at the registry to see what versions of the databases the system thinks are there so make sure the registry is correct.
