Anyone that has information why BMW is not fixing the icon next firmware problem stated in the release notes. One would think that it would be very important to get that fixed?

During  programming,  programming  of  various  ECUs  is  repeatedly  aborts. Affected  series: 
ICOM Next with  firmware{3-15-08}. 
measure/  workaround: 
Use  an  ICOM A with  firmware{3-15-09}. 
Configure  ICOM  on  DHCP  (see  also  COMPASS  #4308).
Bug  fixed  until: 
Currently  open.

Could someone please explain to me what the ExecutionBreak do in this package? Do I need to install or not?

Does it mean that if I install it it will override Execution stop if exist?
