The FIRST  start after the installation was fine, but after restarting the laptop
I received the message "The database versions are incompatible..."

What happened? How to fix it to avoid installation from the scratch?
BTW. Two "OTHERS" files this is correct?

You use version 4.32.15
You apdated BLP from 4.32.12 to 4.34.10 it's OK.
You apdated data version and EN, DE from 4.32.12 to 4.34.11 it's not OK.
Because impossible to use with different version ISTA-D and data, therefore you have error: database versions are incompatible.
No need update data version and EN, DE from 4.32.12 to 4.34.11 
you must keep data version and EN, DE 4.32.12

I don't think that I need to keep data version 4.32.12 as you wrote...
Just change in the registry appropriate values and use 4.34.11 
without a  future warning message
