According to TokenMaster's blog, he has figured out the signing for CAFD 2.0.
Code:
Version 5.0 supports both CAFD versions 1.0 and 2.0. Slowly, but eventually, BMW is moving to online signing all coding data, starting with Coding 2.0 (SP2021), and now Coding 3.0. Signature methods for these CAFD uses RSA 2048 to RSA 4096 and Elliptic curves (ECCP 256 – ECCP 521. These will be very limiting in the future. As of the latest PSdZ data, Launcher PRO V5 supports online signing of known CAFD using authenticated keys and proper coding proof stamp. I'm probably letting off more than I should, but we'll get there eventually.

When I run ESYS via Launcher 5.0.7, at the bottom of the screen it now says

"SWL-Sec:Basic"
"Role: Sign NCD (17.02.2022)"

I'm assuming I will be able to use Launcher to achieve coding if we can get our hands on the NCDs needed. Do you know if he has access to / ability to spoof the authenticated keys and proper coding proof stamp??

Currently for iX, I can only generate NCDs for the following ECUs, and all others need CAFDs that are not included in the psdzdata sets sad

CCU2
HU_MGU
HVS2
RAM

this is also true, 5 ECUs in total in latest psdz release. Only 2 of them are used in I020: CCU01 and HVS01 (high voltage storage).

Then could you please explain those options in ESYS in S15A with 11'2022 production date on 4.36.12 ? Is this coding 2.0 ?

I've raised separate topic on this - https://cartechnology.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=66455

What tool are you running ESYS with?  or are you running standalone without a launcher, etc?

Thank you for this advice.  It is very helpful.  Don't want to brick any ECU!
