Cic with script activation, there is a procedure to do, first check fsc with fstool or other app, when you get the one time accepted state, insert the first mapcode that you received in post #2. Someone do a mess with your cic

THIS looks like the only sensible answer here!!! If 1B file has 1234567 VIN ant it works in a car then clearly there is something done to. Either emulator or script. Now why would someone use emulator or script in a car which had 609 from factory, I have not the slightest idea. Probably some idiot replaced CIC and did that the only way he knew. And was not bothered at all to do that in a proper/sensible way.
