At the opening post you can see on his screenshot that setting inside his ISTA is correct.

Ok I have only just seen the OP image of his ISTA Settings. It strange why it won't connect if everything is correct.

Yes its really strange. Maybe a uninstall/reinstall of the cable ftdi drivers could help.
