Hello
about your files i check theme its SWM files so you can deploy theme with Windows POWERSHELL as admin rights . so what you can do is to unzip all the SWM files in same folder after that you have to connect HDD/SSD to usb and you deploy with powershell this files after you can try to put the HDD/SSD to a new pc and check if all start well .
