In case someone else has this issue in the future, I found the solution.
Thank you for that Mex165, those files are 02E.300.062.B, not sure they have same gear ratio. They are for same 2.0TDI 103kw CR engine but mine is CVCA. I needed files for 02E300061T and a DSG specialist found this one for me that worked: v069T71602ec__getriebe_DSG_EPT7_sw Programming with ODIS-E 14.1 did not work with Bosch MDI, it failed multiple times, but with Autel J2534 I was able to load it, and it seems to work great.
