Hi everybody,
I recently had to deal with a friend's car, where I had to disable the EWS.
Although it's a fairly old ECU, there is little information about how to do it yourself.
I also noticed that there are still a lot of people who are in search of a solution.
After doing some research, I found a way to make it work (at least for me). I have generated a patch file, which in principle should work with all EDC15C4, but I cannot guarantee that. Please share your experience about this subject, and even post your own patch files if you find different solutions.

What this utility does is to compare two files and generate a patch file which contains all the differences between them.
Then, the patch file can be used to modify any file you want.
So all you have to do is to apply the patch that I have posted to your own file and see if it works for you.
Please note, that in order for the patch to work, you will have to apply it to the correct flash file, read in boot mode (512kb).
Don't forget to checksum it before flashing!
Also, after applying the patch, don't forget to physically bypass the EWS.
