This is an Iprog program without hardware, with a hand-made calculator

 can you explain further what you mean by eeprom is in bootmode
Can you explain how I get it out of boot mode,I've checked on line but
 can find no help on this matter..

When you press in Kess, Mpps, Odis or any other device to write flash, the ECU automatically enter the programming mode and writes into the eprom what is in the boot mode, when the all programming process occurs without error, then at the end the boot mode automatically changes into a normal mode and ECU starts to work fully. An alternative way is to fix the eprom - if the Flash and MPC are not damaged (your MPC is stock, the Flash is not stock, there are differences with some tuning)

In the boot mode, usually the ECU responds to diagnostics(VCDS for example), but you can only see identifiers (no errors, no coding, no measurement blocks, all other ECU in car write a communication error with this ECU)
