All needed information was given, the last steps you have to do by yourself

Some months have passed and I still didnt manage to find the region bytes/parts of the dataset. I've even managed to get all VCP datasets (usually encrypted in .zdc file) and have them in XML for all regions - RoW, US, UK and Japan, and also datasets with TSR enabled and disabled for every of the regions. I am analyzing the differences between them and did some byte changes, but still no any successful operational area deactivation 

   

P.S. I am sure that if one day I manage to find or anyone will to share the bytes, they will be just some bytes I was newer expecting to be the ones
