Of course it doesn`t work, this procedure is for old Clios ( ph 1 ), your Clio2 needs other procedure, newer than that. You should see the procedure described in Dialogys ( Renault repair manual )
But Clip software is very explicit, you should come by wiyh it, follow the indications for reprogramming keys.
Reprogramming keys will do the job also for engine coding and central locking doors the same time, you can`t reprogramm engine without doors locking or vice versa !

Thanks for explanation. So I must get Clip do to both things.
What about if key is without remote chip (only key with transponder)? Than you cannot reprogramm?
Because working key does not have remote.
