I did check your file and I know you didn't modify the 00 and ff, that's why it won't count up nor will it fix his problem.
Look at his modified file, he modified it exactly like you did just different value which would read 79985 and it displayed correctly, but would not count up. These are better done manually than with some software. If someone took the time to help you, the least you can do is take a few seconds and press two buttons!
