So if I understood correctly you only installed the Mazda IDS v103.00 and you copy/paste the Ford Vci Mananger files/folders iver Mazda VCI Mananger one. But Not tested in a car. Am I right?
So first test in a car the v103.00 then upgrade it to 103.05

Yes if you want to use a ford VCM 2 with your software, install for FORD IDS first, go to control panel and uninstall ford IDS but not the other files. Then install this version of MAZDA (103) and the files in c:/proram files/bosch/ford vcm to c:/program files/bosch/mazda vcm and restart the pc/laptop and it will all be working.

Just trying to find a mazda to try it on. My laptop can see the ford vcm 2 in the software and manager so should work. Then i will install 103.5 over the top and try that too.
