We can't guess which DME you are using... you need to tell us details. But usually you have to align EWS correctly, after you write ISN to the DME. This is EWS3 with fixed ISN and rolling codes. Not as simple.

The VIN has NOTHING to do with it.

the DME is from the same type/ year car . in ista-p i programed The DME. that was without problem. but how i have to write this ISN to the DME? and fix this codes?

You can not install a used DME in E46 because the VIN is wrong.
DME has to be adjusted first to turn it into an E46.

i read mutch that you have to use Winkfp to change the vin. but i cant read out good the DME with inpa. in ista-p i not find this option to program the vin in to the DME.

ECU type? MS42/MS43?
