yep having same issue with 2015 on fortwo smarts , same system as the twingo 3 with the 4A chip PCF7945 ,and the smart 451 fortwo uses a pcf7941 , i have many programmers etc but non do these but the ones for this chip seem to be way out there with there pricing, so still buying new keys complete £20 each, vvdi xhorse looks ok
that's progress i suppose .
