Ak90 programmer unable to write EWS

Hello I am try to clone an EWS 3 module. Everything time I do it I get a write error. This is odd since I can read the EWS module fine! I have cleaned the chip very well too.

I also have the k line adapter but that won’t even read any EWS 3 module. Not sure on why either.

Any ideas?
