Its not tuned or locked from previous tuner. I had this problem even tryed with 3 tools and the same, in the end used bdm…. Surprise . File inside original. If you dont have other tool u can try leave the ignition on for 30 min and the try again. Sometimes it lockes if you try to read ecu with wrong protocol.
