For example
E60 cas 3 Europe Version 315mhz and Transponder Type pcf7945

This is only example . I read a lot of other frequencies in other countrys.
I search a List for eu keys e Modell and f modell

And where is the difference when the key has keyless go and when not .

Possible to Code a keyless go key to a car without keyless go?
