Well, I bought it finally, let us see if it lives up to its expectation. Taking too long to arrive. Wish I could get it in an hour  

I bet ill have plenty of hours just playing with it on my bench.!

Did it live up to the hype?

  Well I have now owned BMW Explorer and Autohex for two months. These tools do what they say they can do!! 

BMW explorer have a very good user manual even if it is translated from Russia. And for some reason I just fell in love with its user interface. Whenever I open it up I feel I have arrived. Autohex has no user manual at all! But is not that hard to navigate and find your way around if you are not a novice! Customer support is good and always eager to help.

On the contrary, BMW Explorer support is also very good despite what people say!! Instant assistance in all my requests for guidance.

 Even with this investment I still find the Chinese tool Yanhua very handy when I have a cas problem and need to test reading writing several times. Or do quick FRM repairs, or CAS3+, 4 keys that need dump. Soldering is just not my strong points.

As this is an Autohex thread, YES, Autohex delivers what it says it can do, and it is plenty of things!!! 100% all the time.

I´m a happy BMW-Explorer and ECU-Explorer owner and plan to get Autohex to cover everything. After consulation with Autohex support you get 10% only with FULL AHX0005. After 12 months the updates cost 500$ and all other packages 350$

Just got ECU explorer too. The inbuilt DPF sold it on me. Will see how it compares to Autohex,s boot mode module
