Installed ETKA on my friends laptop..he´s running windows 8.1 64bit..
get error 1009 hardlock when launching ETKA.....!?

any ideas someone

installed on windows 7 64bit without any issues

When I installed it on a windows 7 64 bit the software auto asked about installation of hardlock

but did not for windows 8.1?

what shall I do?

With price updater have you used. I have version 1.8 of krosik but this does not work.
