Hi , I want to update full programing data on sedoys ista from 4.37.42 to 4.38.11.

Am I doing it correctly?
I Install 4.37.42 full from sedoy and register it
I remove  from “x:\EC-APPS\ISTA\PSdZ\data_swi\” folder “psdzdata”
Replace it with psdzdata from 4.38.11
Next I run “AppCheckDisable_to_use_different_DBs.reg”

But I need to change "LogisticBaseVersion"="4.37.42" and "SWIData"="4.37.42" and "DataVersion"="4.37.40"
to
"LogisticBaseVersion"="4.38.11" and "SWIData"="4.38.11" "DataVersion"="4.38.11"
Do I need to change LogisticBaseVersion? do i need to change all 3 ?
Is it correct? Do I need to change anything else ? thank you, just tell me if im done everything correctly ?

Are there any tips to upgrade?
I've got 4.32 and I'm looking to install 4.37 but I don't know if I have to uninstall the old version and then install the new one, or if I can install directly the new one, letting the installer to overwrite everything
I haven't seen any instruction so far, maybe I didn't look in depth

Yes when he moves to 4.37.40 he needs a new license.

Hello , can i copy Psdzdata from ista 4.38 to my older ista 4.37 ? or the files must be always compatible with ista version? i see on 4.37 there is 22-07 data , and on 4.38 it is 22-11 . it would be nice to update all ista but i didnt find new ver of ista so i thought maybe i can simple copy files from newest pszdata full thanks guys

You can use SDP older or newer.
You have to use BLP same Version.

Change it directly in the Windows registry. If installed correctly, you can find the String there

you can install the new one directly. you will need a new license. it's all written in the first post
