No need installer for inpa64 or tool64. Both programs sucessfully work with ёdїдbд5 7.6 or 7.7.
Simple extract files to your BIN folder and run tool64.exe. For inpa64 extract folder and run inpa64\bin\inpaload.exe. Important - you ёdїдbд5.ini must consist setting LoadWin64 = 1
