RE: Update cas
There are cases where you can't update a single module with ISTA\P in expert mode
If car has never been updated, most of the time also only in one ECU it's selected Hide All Actions, after Determine Measures Plan, ECU back in Flash List (example exclude remap DME) BMW F10 530d 0911

RE: Update cas
If i hide the modules which i don't want update in the next step they all appears again. The Last Update of the car was 2010.
But for what is the expertmode if i must install ccc to Flash a modul This man have exactly the Same Problem Quote:Ok - I've done some searching on this issue and I do not really see a answer - so I figured I'd try here... The problem is this - I simply want to use ISTA/P (3.57.4) to program one module in Expert Mode - updating just the CON module for example. Yet, when I run ISTA/P, and measure plans are determined, nearly all modules in my vehicle come up with various programming and coding measures. Once I have the option to Hide All Measures for each module - I go through and hide all measures for all other modules except the CON. Then after clicking Determine Measures, when it comes back with the report of what it's going to do - everything shows back up that I have just cleared out and hidden. regards

RE: Update cas
If you dont want to mess up your CAS, then you need to update it with kl15 off and key out of ignition.. the only way to keep your CAS safe..

RE: Update cas
Yes, CAS should be programmed with key out of the slot. ISTA has a similar procedure - always asks to remove key, starts programming CAS 15 seconds after you remove the key.
