ISTA+ was support all F,G-series of BMW brand,and I-series for i brand also.

To the OP, first you need ICOM to get ISTA+ programming to work. Yes, you can use the psdzdata FULL from @Shawn which is an easier route for *you* than using the sdp deltas and ISTA Launcher Console.

Instructions
1- rename C:\Rheingold\PSdZ\data\psdzdata to psdzdata.orig
2- extract psdzdata FULL in C:\Rheingold\PSdZ\data, browse to C:\Rheingold\PSdZ\data\psdzdata\swe\swfl and check that there is lots of files...
3- you need to enter those two registry entries for x64 OS:

PS: if you can't read faults with ISTA, your installations has some issues.
Note: I don't use ISTA programming as I don't have ICOM, I use Esys/ENET for flashing/programming.

I have been using ISTA 4 to program for the last couples months almost the same as ista/p but ISTA 4 is much faster. I still use Esys for NBT EVO just seems safer. But for all other modules ISTA 4 works perfect.

I haven't setup a network using DHCP. I would like to try this then I will flash Kombi and NBT using ISTA 4.

Does anyone still use esys to flash. Most of the time I use Esys for everything.

I only use ESys for flashing! Pretty powerful and lets you do stuff that ISTA will never do (like flash GTS DCT software for non GTS M4 )
