RE: Problem with ABS modul
I can't find the folder containing the ABS encoding.
Does anyone know which folder is the one that corresponds to the VW-Eos??? |

RE: Problem with ABS modul
You have to find this file -> CodingLog.csv
It should be in this folder -> C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Debug In "A" column you have to find: "Address 03,[hw number xxx xxx xxx],recoded (Long Coding),from,[old value],to,[new value],[workshop code],[date&time when it was done]" BTW. what do you mean "folder containing the ABS encoding"? |

RE: Problem with ABS modul
The coding off the abs unit does not revert back to 00 after changing the steering wheel control unit!

RE: Problem with ABS modul
You have three options (without going online) to code the steering wheel module.
First - plug in the original module and read coding. Second - follow Ross-tech wiki procedure, link in attachment. Third - if your VAG-COM is legit, call Ross-Tech and ask for help with coding, this isn’t free. Before you start messing around with ABS Module make sure to save coding. |
