Good evening friends month also I have the same problem with ista-d 4.32.15 and icom next orginal firmware 3.15.08 the icom it is well detected by the network card of the pc and itool radar and in ista but it is not not detect car computers.
I tested with three icoms and three deferent PCs and deferent cars.
and all icom works fine under ista-d 4.31.40

   Like you, i also had hell of a time getting the ICOM to work with 4.32.15. Kept getting DPAD active error.
   Make sure you have the network card set to get automatic IP, obtain DNS automatically, than click advance tab and make sure HDCP is set to on.
   On ISTA, select direct connection, when it asks for IP enter the IP from Itool radar, wait a few minutes for Itoolradar, the IP will likely change (192.168.4.1 on mine). On my system, that makes it work. I ended up updating to one of Sedoy newer versions and just works out of the box. Just did update on the laptop, no need for new license and just worked. There's something wrong with that version and networking.

Can you connect to inpa and dr Gini, ista-p etc with icom?

Try English language in ista....with icom

And can you try ista with k+dcan or Enet cable?

And your Windows is not valid and old version...

no with enet does not also connect but with e-sys yes

Then there is something wrong with ista. Did you instal all the software from tools map...

Preferred Ethernet connection must set to NO, and Disable Windows Firewall and Uninstall Antivirus from laptop
