Guys, how do i upgrade my current version of ISTA to this?

With IstaLauncherConsole 1.1

And Standalone:

Mine is deff not working....downloaded standalone and files from this post...edited regkey for file location....still getting errors and will not isntall with consol

4.10.15 with full data but i.m starting from 0 with 4.10.20

So i installed ista 4.10.20 in C:/Rheingold

I have insta console installed....

Also downloaded;

BMW_ISPI_ISTA-BLP_4.10.13.istapackage
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-BLP_4.10.14.istapackage
BMW_ISPI_ISTA_DELTA-SDP_4.10.13.istapackage
BMW_ISPI_ISTA_FULL-SDP_4.10.13.istapackage
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-META_SDP_4.10.13.xml

Everything is in C:\\Temp\\ISTA_Store\\Downloads

But everytime i try to install the packages ista consol it does not work...
Do i need to extract things or ?
Last time worked without a problem....

I have instqlled SQLiteDBs no problem....but i remember that the last time i used ista console...it installed Data and everything....but this time i canot understand what am i doing wrong....

Ant other way to install 4.10.13 data and then update it to 4,10,20 ?

I just want to say not everybody here ara computerspecialist , For people like me , i am new to all off this , all the explanations are like a nightmare.. I dont understand nothing about , i have version 4.09.13 installed and working with help , Would love to update bot tried to install the version 4.10.15 but got a error data versions dont match .. or something this. So i am stuck on this version.
