How do I update the app with IstaLauncherConsole?

as I remember , within ista config file , cant remember where , I loo in my 4.11.32 could not find sorry maybe if you look in older version I believe it says

unsure where it goes

ello all I read you for quite some time and I download the version ista d 4.03.31 not being a pro in the diag for now I'm not too bad output
The Install of ista da well worked I could read the defects on my motorcycle BMW gs but when I wanted to scan the mini of my daughter a r56 impossible to have a connection I bought the interface or you the recommend but still nothing

can you have an idea of the problem
I hope I post in the right place not used to forums but I think you will let me know
I am french and I translate with google I hope that you understand

Your Windows Registry has other versions of the databases. Run RCleaner, start your regestry file either x86 or x64 depending on your system. Then Ista should work

check your database and ista version. should be in the same series. eg ista 4.12 will only support database from 4.12 and not 4.11 and vice versa.
