Yep, I would wait for the correct databases. No desperate need to upgrade until the newer version is uploaded.

use "SQLite Expert" to modify 4.01.36 version
1.open file(streamdataprimitive_EN-GB.sqlite and xmlvalueprimitive_EN-GB.sqlite)
2.left window find "RG_VERSION_streamdataprimitive"
3.right windows find "version"
4.double click and modify version 4.01.30 to 4.02.12 then press ok
5.run ista to test

I had a working version previously for ISTA-D. I bought a new laptop and formatted it. I install C++ from 2005 - 2015 x86 and x64. I have Java 8 for x86 and x64. Patched Ediabas 7.3.0. .NET Framework 4.6.1 and 4.6.2.

I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate (same version I was on previously). Installed the Microsoft Primary Interoperabilitiy Assemblies 2005.

I tried all the "fixes" people posted in this thread. I tried the previous 4.01 and this 4.02.

Any ideas?

Due to the late discovery of an issue we are going to postpone the Release of ISTA 4.02.14.



We will inform you once this issue has been resolved.

Any ideas?

Which usual fixes? Like running as admin, running unblock.reg, and making sure archives are unblocked before extracting?

Correct. I did all that. Same error. I even used 7zip to extract the archives. Used powershell to unblock the files, reinstalled C++. No idea why it won't work.

You need a complete set of SQLiteDB's. You can grab the new Diag and use older files for the rest from 4.01.36. A complete English set will look something like this:



If just running diagnostics, you can use included Psdzfiles part of standalone archive; you do not even need a full set of lite.

BTW : I have installed a working e-Sys installation beside .

No You can't use light Psdz data in Ista , but You can share Full Psdz data with esys from esys folder only by changing istagui.config entries
