It seems to be a problem with my operating system. There is no problem with testing again today. Did not make any changes.
There is no historical record in the operation list? Can this be corrected?

Although using 4.13.14 ...I have a similar error  "The Exec Tal file was not sent, because the BITS queue is full. See DSS
solution  # 00047275.  I use D-CAN cable and WIN 10 PRO. Any idea about this error??

As error says: Windows BITS queue is full.

Open Powershell as Administrator and enter the next lines:
Import-Module BitsTransfer (for Windows 7 only)
Get-BitsTransfer
Get-BitsTransfer -AllUsers | Where-Object { $_.JobState -like "TransientError" } | Remove-BitsTransfer

All wait to spider80's Surprise. smile

My Standalone is done, but without Surprise. I have Problems to Upload to Mega, must wait 3 Hours. Link is the same as in first Post.

The programming system could not be initialised. The ISTA installation may be damaged or incorrectly configured. Reinstall ISTA. If problems persist, contact local support
