This may help with confusion about how to use the software.

1. These files are for Offline License with packages included in the license, and use with BMW_ISPI_ISTA-LAUNCHER_1.xx.x.xxxx to install the ISTA.

2. Sedoy's ISTA Standalone uses his "ISTA Console Launcher" for update/installation DATA only, and NOT for .msi files.

Also! You should post the screenshot of the error.

I noticed bimmerdong has added the 4.38.2x files ... does anyone have the BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_en-US_4.38.20.istapackage?

Assuming you are talking about the ISTA Launcher Console used to update ISTA Standalone via delta files... this may help
