I changed ISTA-D 7z file, fix the programming issue.

I used new data files same sessioncontroller.dll works ok so far

FYI got warning error about kick me out of programming session , about port 2300 i believe did get screen shot , but after click next it appears to be going thru so far , they are definitely logging use even in Rheingold version a hiccup that I hoping spider and pshoey are looking into .

Use ICOM. Or K Dcan with Voltage Control
