NEW ERROR.

What is the best way to install the latest version of ETKA 7.5 with the previous version which stopped updating already installed. Is an uninstall necessary? Can it be installed over the existing version without problems?

Unistall previous version ,delete all old folders and then install new version.

Uninstall everything and re-install from a clean install. See post #22 for hard lock. That helped me.

I don't have it installed on a 64 bit system, but try and rename the recommended files as its posted in prior posts.

I tried it too, but got the same error message.
I then installed the program on a VM with Windows 7 32-bits and all worked okay. I upgraded to Windows 10 32-bits and still works okay.
